- To confirm your controller is connected to Shadow, you can use the Quick Menu, available on Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu. To confirm your controller is connected: Start Shadow. Connect your controller to your device. You can use a wired USB cord or pair the device wirelessly via Bluetooth. A notification will appear when your controller is connected.
- Download the driver Click the “Download Update“ button below and then open the downloaded file. Press and hold the left stick (L3), then you can plug your controller into the computer.
To update your controller, please identify your controller and follow the instruction below
Be carefull the dirver is differnet for wired or wireless controller
How to update PRO4 WIRELESS CONTROLLER & PRO5 CAMO WIRELESS CONTROLLER
This is my first vid; sort of a test vid. I had to do a bit of troubleshooting, so I thought I'd share the solution to that troubleshooting just in case some.
Download the driver

With a needle, press and hold the buttton in the hole of the dongle, then plug the dongle and release the button.
Start the update
